Our pricing is usually 15-40% cheaper that our competitors. When shopping for carpet and comparing quotes make sure that you are comparing carpets of similar quality. It is very easy to beat a competitors quote if a contractor offers a lesser quality Carpet. Carpet labor is a small portion of the cost of replacing your carpet so the majority of the price variation between products comes from 4 things. You should always ask the sales person the carpet face weight (measured in ounces). Are the carpet fibers made of Polyester or Nylon? 3rd what type of backing does the carpet have? Water proof backings such as Lifeguard (aka Lifeproof) from Shaw will greatly increase the cost of the carpet. The type and weight of the pad being used will also affect the cost of the project as well.
Just like the big box stores we offer financing and accept all major credit cards. We offer 12 months same as cash financing everyday on all of the products we sell. We occasionally have promotions for 18 months financing on carpet and tile.
What are carpet tiles?
Carpet Tiles, or Modular Carpets are (generally) squares cut from a full length of carpet that when installed together make a carpeted floor. Carpet tiles are often manufactured with rubber or vinyl backing and can be installed with special adhesives or carpet mounting tape and some even come with a “Peel and Stick” style, built in adhesive. These options are great for high traffic or high spill areas, as they make future repairs a breeze!

How long does carpet last?
On average, your standard carpet can be expected to last around 5-15 years. Yes, that is a rather large gap but there are a lot of factors that come into account when predicting the expect lifespan of your carpet flooring; carpet fiber, face weight or density, pile height and the amount and type of traffic that the area will receive.
